Our American, British, and Canadian allies are honored this week, and our gratitude will remain eternal. The French Resistance 🇫🇷skillfully prepared the ground, delayed the arrival of German troops, and destabilized the enemy.
In that picture, US troops are ferried to larger ships in preparation for the Allied invasion of Normandy. Weymouth, England. June 1-5, 1944.
We are deeply thankful to all these men who fell on our soil. 10,000 of them lost their lives, sacrificing their youth and their dreams. Their sacrifice is profoundly moving.
Let us pledge: never again!
Thank you to our allied nations. We honor them and their families with deep respect and gratitude. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 🇺🇸🇬🇧🇨🇦🇦🇺

Hey everyone! 👋😎
Just like great farmers tend to the soil for sustainable success, great people nurture the values, relationships, and processes in cultural organizations to create a thriving and sustainable community or workplace.
They focus on the overall health of the system, knowing that success depends on the well-being and balance of the whole ecosystem.
What are your thoughts on this? Any additional comments?
Have a wonderful weekend! 🙏

We must let go of the ideals of perfection and accept that happiness and success do not depend on following a predetermined path.
Embracing our differences, insecurities, and the present moment is key to achieving true satisfaction, moving away from the notion of perfection imposed by society.
This perspective encourages us to reconsider our expectations and allow ourselves to be more flexible and compassionate with ourselves on the journey towards happiness and success.
The idea of happiness, as perceived today, is closely linked to the system in which we live and the determinisms it entails. We deceive ourselves by believing that happiness depends solely on us. This belief fuels a dangerous illusion: thinking that a perfect job, a perfect body, a perfect partner, and perfect relationships will make us happy. This vision is deeply guilt-inducing, as it is based on the idea that sheer willpower alone is enough to achieve happiness.
By embracing this new approach, we open ourselves to a more genuine, fulfilling path, where imperfections are celebrated, and personal growth is valued over unattainable ideals. It’s a journey of self-acceptance and resilience, where true success is defined by our ability to adapt and thrive amidst life’s uncertainties.

When addressing unconscious bias, it is essential to recognize and understand predispositions you may have because of your experience, your gender, your sexual orientation, and your social background.
Discussing the issue in an honest and open forum and raising awareness of unconscious bias is the best way of starting to mitigate it.
When people understand that they have implicit biases, they are more likely to take steps to slow down their decision-making process. It will allow their more logical brain to make decisions instead of relying on their gut instinct, which can be influenced by bias.
Tools to assist in moving away from bias include:
💧Exercise personal self-awareness.
💧Diversify team leaders to include different cultural, geographic, and industry experiences.
💧Build blended teams to increase awareness of different perspectives.

We focus on You, and you should too!
We focus on you, not just as a leader, but you as a human being! We value your well-being hugely, and aim to help you meet your needs and create balance in your life. As it is only when your own needs have been met, that you are able to meet the needs of others.
The logical levels
This model and tool allows us to align to the other, motivate and identify the level that needs to be worked on.
The brain functions on different levels of existence and thought. To change a behavior it is important to know at what level of thought it is.
Gregory Bateson highlighted the importance of "logical levels" of thought. He pointed out that there are natural hierarchies in the processes of learning, change and communication. The function of each of the levels of thought is to organize the information of the lower level and its subsequent levels. Gregory observed that it is often the confusion of the logical levels that causes problems in the human being.
The higher the level of the problem, the deeper level of thought you will have to work on.
What we look at is not nearly as important as how we look at it. Our perception of the world is what creates our life experience. If you want to see the negative in things only the negative will be presented to you and vice versa.
When you change the way you see the world; when your intentions are positive and powerful; when you search only for the good, then your life transforms.
You are the one in control!
You can complain, you can wait for things to get better, or you can get up and start doing something about the situation.
A true leader is not passive, it’s someone that is willing to word hard to fix a situation, who inspire, who show you the right path, who give you a hand when you struggle and who can envision the whole picture before anyone else.
Coach leaders help employees identify their unique strengths and weaknesses and consider their personal and professional aspirations. They encourage employees to set long-term development goals and help them conceptualize a plan to achieve them.
Coaching leaders excel at delegating, giving employees challenging tasks, are willing to put up with short-term failure, and focus primarily on personal development. When employees know that their boss is watching them and cares about what they do, they feel free to experiment.
The coaching style works especially well when employees are already aware of their weaknesses and would like to improve their performance. Conversely, the coaching style makes little sense when employees, for whatever reason, are resistant to learning or changing their ways. And an error occurs if the leader is inept at coaching.
The most effective leaders switch easily from one style to another, depending on the circumstances.

Communication is more effective when you know yourself better, and understand the other better to connect with him. Jung's model helps us understand the main categories of personality that surround us. It is very useful to interpret the profile of others. Knowing my personality type reaffirms my strengths in communicating with others and will give me the opportunity to reconsider possible blind spots. No profile is good or bad. Each one has a tendency due to their genetic capital and culture to adopt a certain style.
This profile helps you develop effective strategies to interact with other types of personalities (similar and different) and thus gain a better understanding not only of your behavior but also of your activities, relationships and decision making.
Each one of us has the four types of energy, it is the combination of the four energies that creates a single individual. The four colors that represent the energies are:
Ice Blue: Cold and calculating
Fire Red: Passionate and impulsive
Sun Yellow: Cheerful and spontaneous
Green Earth: Social and empathic
Democratic leaders increase flexibility and accountability by letting workers have a say in decisions that affect their goals and how they do their jobs. By listening to employee concerns, democratic leaders learn how to keep morale high.
People have a say in setting your goals and performance evaluation criteria. So they tend to be very realistic about what can and cannot be achieved. But the democratic style can lead to endless meetings and the postponement of crucial decisions in the hope that enough discussion and debate will eventually produce a great result.
The democratic style is meaningless when employees are not competent or informed enough to offer good advice. This approach is also meaningless during a crisis.
