This is the face you will see at the counter starting tomorrow at .parisfr on 55 rue faubourg poissonnière 75009! 6 years after Echo opening, I have the chance to feel once again the thrill and stress of opening a new spot in Paris. It’s a love affair with the city of angels and all I can do is to try to share it with you guys through Echo & now Kiss. We are going to offer breakfast, lunch salads and sandwiches and cool drinks. Hard to be perfect from day 1 but all we can do is doing the best we can and improve day after day to make it perfect. I can’t wait to see ya all in the upcoming days and get your feedback. I will post tomorrow the full menu on .parisfr so better start to follow us asap 😉. This new adventure would not have been possible without my partner Jérémie! We feel so lucky to offer such a cool menu thanks to Peter from , it’s been a blessing working with u on this project. Dès demain, vous pouvez rejoindre la file d'attente virtuelle d'echo via SkeepIt dès que le restaurant est plein. 2 façons de vous inscrire: 1/ directement depuis l'application Skeepit si l'on se situe dans un rayon de 5km autour d'Echo. 2/ En scannant le QR code situé à l'entrée du restaurant. // no more waiting line on the week end, you can register to our virtual queue via Skeepit app within 5km from echo or via the QR code on our frontdoor, week end only.

For those who did not have the chance to try it last winter, the Phô Turkey Dip Sandwich is back at Echo: cilantro marinated turkey, star anise and ginger, spring onion aioli, hoi sin sauce, fermented fresno chile, soy sprout. Dip the sandy in the phô and you are good to go
