Good morning everyone! I have a new podcast series titled "The Perimenopause Playbook" that launched two weeks ago.

The Perimenopause Playbook • A podcast on Spotify for Podcasters My objective is to reimagine interior spaces in a way that better supports the cognitive health of women over 40 who are transitioning through perimenopause to menopause and beyond. I will achieve this by using neuroscience research to drive my interior design solutions and protocols.

So...it's been a minute. I've been off Facebook for a really long time. I am finally back on here to share what's been cooking on the burners for a good, long while :-)

I am an interior designer - always have been, and always will be. It runs in my blood and I believe that if a thing chases you down, grabs ahold of you, and doesn't let go - regardless of life happening - that is a great cue to pay attention, because that is most likely your calling.

A big part of my work has always been looking at space and reimagining it in a way that not only looks beautiful but also supports the cognitive health of the humans who live in it.

I aspire to reach more people - and in this digital age, there is no better way to do that, than by leveraging digital media. It is not the easiest thing in the world when many other life responsibilities are demanding your attention and consequently fragmenting your focus.

I was very excited when this opportunity to go digital with my work came knocking on my door quite unexpectedly. I have been so blessed with meeting Kari Olson, whose vibrant energy drew me in from our first voice exchange and, after hearing and resonating with her story, I decided to take that leap of faith and do this thing already!

The thing in question is using digital media as a tool to first of all free up my time to grow parts of my life that are the most important to me – my work, health and fitness, my relationships with family and family ( friends that feel like family ), travel and exploring this big beautiful planet and, in the free time I have created, be able to focus on sharing the value that I have created from the wealth of life and work experience I have gathered (and still gathering) in my 45 years ( and counting ) of my earthly life.

Gosh! It's been years of starting and stopping, taking breaks, and getting distracted. The distracted part is really easy, trust me :-)

This community of people with whom I am doing this digital business growth, and whom I'm getting to know, has blown me away with an amazing feeling of community, support, kindness, and acceptance.

I cannot ask for a better community of goal-oriented people to do this adventure with!

Hello everyone!

I‘ve spent the last couple years working on improving my competence as an interior designer, because I wanted to approach designing spaces for people from a holistic and inclusive place.

I am back and rebranded as Lolade Ajai Interior Design, and open for business 🙂

Strangely I am unable to change the page name; I am working on that. Looking forward to providing a richer, fuller experience for the people whose lives i will be blessed to impact through design!
