Blanche du Massif Central (BMC) breed is adapted to the breeding conditions found in Eastern Europe
An Armenian breeder discovers the Blanche du Massif Central (BMC)
ROM Selection welcomed an Armenian cattle breeder who wishes to create a sheep farm in his country with BMC animals.
The visit took place in Lozere, in the nucleus of the breed.
The GAEC de Rimeize breeds 400 BMC ewes and about fifteen Aubrac cows in the commune of Rimeize. The ewes are making one lambing a year, using the natural out of season of the Blanche (mating in March-April, births on august and slaughtered in december).

BMC in Armenia !
Recently Partnersheep sold a second truckload to Armenia of ewe lambs and rams of the Blanche du Massif Central breed.
The first batch, which arrived in March, is expected to have lambings soon. The first births have already taken place and everything is going well! We will keep you informed.
The BMC breed is showing its interest for regions such as the Caucasus as well as NME and Esatern Europe !

The Paris Agriculture Show will happen soon !
In some weeks, one of the biggest breeding show will occur in Paris.
ROM Sélection will present a range of the Blanche du Massif Central breed at this show:
ewes, breeding rams (not the ones used for competitions, swollen with concentrates) and finished lambs for slaughter aged around 100 days.
The show will take place from Saturday 26 February to Sunday 6 March at the Porte de Versailles in Paris.
