Amazing progress onsite at Westhall . Windows arrived onsite and install started today. Lime render looking 👌🏻 and roofing works almost complete. Scaffold should be down in the next couple of weeks.

Ceiling curve framed out to the church refurb. Plaster-boarding to start soon. Going to look 👌🏻

Planning Approved. Great to have achieved planning approval for a considered gable extension to a house in Cults. Introducing a new entrance and additional bedrooms.

Got a great ‘work in progress’ photo from our client in Cuminestown. Doors and windows in and cladding on. Looking 👌🏻.

Planning Approved! Approval has been granted for this conversion and full refurbishment of a former Mill in the shadow of Glenlivet distillery to form holiday accommodation. This one is going to be amazing when it’s finished. Cannot wait to get it started onsite.

Amazing progress at our church conversion with this week. Reclaimed slate install firing on, NHL lime works in progress with repointing of repaired stonework in some areas and rendering to the others. Some clever detective work even found the missing granite skew-putt in a local garden, now returned and back in place.

Works progressing at our Bieldside refurb project. Wall prep well in progress for decoration. It should all start to come together quickly now.

Planning Approved! This sensitive extension and refurbishment of a cottage and steading in Aberdeenshire has achieved planning approval this week. Looking forward to seeing this one progress to site.

Out and about visiting new site for projects today, love a crumbly old building.

‘Glamping pods’ completed earlier this year right on the banks of Loch Ness. Such a stunning setting.

Great to see the completion of works at our Broom Park project. This was a great example of repurposing existing space to transform the house. Taking off an old flat roof, replacing it with a vaulted ceiling with large rooflights and opening up the interior has completely flooded the space with light. The rear of the house has been completely re-insulated and re-wired, dramatically improving its efficiency.

Amazing progress at our Westhall project. Roofing replacement works well underway, stonework prep underway for repointing and internal framing and insulation looking good.

Received some lovely new photos of our Dalry extension and refurb project completed last year. Great to see the garden starting to take shape too.

I met with some very happy client this week, having moved into their new home. A complete refurbishment, significant internal and external alterations have transformed the tired old house. Improving the flow through the home and connectivity to the garden and stunning views.
