🌟Aberdeen Forever🌟

A series of twenty one engravings from 1822. Set in a beautiful frame with the 'Aberdeen Forever' tartan, these engravings were published in Aberdeen Fifty Years Ago in 1868 by Lewis Smith, Mccombies Court, Aberdeen.

The engraving shown in the photograph is that of the Town House, Old Prison & The New Inn. Others in the collection include the Bridge of Dee, Bridge of Don, Union Bridge & Bow Bridge, The Grammar School, St Nicholas Church, The Marischal College, The Market Cross and many more.

Congratulations once again to Ryan Hutton! First person to achieve a 'Platinum Award' at the recent Guild of Photographers Awards Ceremony. 👏👏

Ryan wore the Glentaner Gold tartan with a Graphite Grey jacket and waistcoat & accessories to match. I'd love to say that it was the kilt outfit that caught the eyes of the judges however, Ryan showed me his Platinum Award winning photograph and wow!

Due to its neutrality, you can use more or less any colour of tie and hankie combination with the Highland Granite tartan.
