Part Time - Morning Shift

(7am Start, 3-4 days) must be available to work weekends also.

Approx 16-20 hours per week.

Due to licencing laws applicant must be over 18 years of age.

Along with working in the retail store you will be expected to work as part of the Post Office counter driving customer service; excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role as you will be working closely with the customers and other members of your team to maximise sales.

Although sales are important we want our customers to enjoy visiting our shops and ultimately come back again, it is your job to provide help and assistance to the customer and ensure they find everything they need whilst they are in our store. Product knowledge is essential for you to respond to customer enquiries and also make appropriate recommendations.

Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing

Maximising sales by delivering excellent customer service
Controlling costs and waste
Till operation and cash handling
Selling stamps and dealing with letters and parcels
Paying out pensions and benefits
Processing bill payments
Controlling and replenishing stock levels
Maintaining security within the store according to Company procedures
Ensuring that all store standards including customer service, health and safety are maintained
General cleaning duties
Maintaining and updating administration in accordance with the existing procedure

We are looking for a a delivery driver to help us with our 'Snappy Shopper' door to door delivery service.

Requirements:
- Your own vehicle
- Your own smartphone so you can download the delivery app
- Available to work between 2 - 5 days per week (includes one weekend day)
- Ideally based in Tillydrone or nearby

Shifts available 12:00 - 16:30 & 16:30 - 21:00 (Sundays till 20:00)
