There are clients, and then there’s Morv. She’s MVMT’s biggest cheerleader, inspiring everyone around her while pushing herself in every way possible. Morv’s commitment shines through in her dedication.. she checks in, asks the right questions, integrates seamlessly, and, most importantly, she shows up. Every. Single. Time. It’s rare to have someone like her in a group, someone who’s not only a dream to coach but who brings out the best in everyone around her.
When we started, we built a balanced programme mixing strength training with high-intensity cardio sessions, then shifted the focus toward strength conditioning and progressive overload. Morv has embraced every phase, from building endurance to conquering heavy lifts with incredible determination. She’s achieved pull-ups, confidently squats, and deadlifts more than 80kg for reps. Seeing her strength increase and her confidence skyrocket has been incredible.
Over the last year, we’ve worked on refining her nutrition to include plenty of protein and to align with her preference for volume eating. Morv loves big, filling salads and wholesome foods that fit her goals, and she never feels restricted or deprived.
Even with a full-time, fast-paced job, Morv manages to hit the gym 4–6 times a week, average 10k steps a day, and make time for friends and social life. She’s embraced a lifestyle where health, strength, and balance are the foundation, and it’s been so rewarding to see her become this strong, grounded, and vibrant version of herself.

Trained consistently

But… it’s more than that….
Marie-Ann is a mum whose days are always busy, often overflowing with responsibilities and demands from every direction.
Like so many, she spent years pouring herself into everyone else, leaving little time and energy for herself.
But one day, she realised something powerful, she deserved her own time, her own strength, her own space to grow.
That’s when Marie-Ann decided to show up for herself. And since that decision, she’s been unstoppable.
The journey hasn’t been easy.
There are mornings when she feels exhausted before she even steps out of bed, and there are days when finding time for herself feels impossible.
But she’s never alone.
Marie-Ann has the support of a community that believes in her, that pushes her to stay accountable even when it’s hard, even when the motivation fades.
She’s found people who lift her up, who remind her why she started, and who show her she’s not in this alone.

She’s pressing 18kg dumbbells now, a testament to the strength she’s building both inside and out.
She’s prioritising sleep, staying active, and making every day count. And she’s embracing a balanced approach to nutrition that gives her energy and keeps her feeling powerful.
Marie-Ann’s journey is a reminder that sometimes, the hardest part is saying, “I’m worth it.”

Stuart is a hardworking dad who barely had time for himself.
With a hectic schedule and long days, it wasn’t easy to make space for his own health.
Sound familiar?
But Stuart knew something had to change, and he committed to taking back control.
We worked together to build a programme that fit into his life.
Short, intense workouts… mixing high-intensity training and strength work that made the most of his limited time.
But what really stood out was his commitment.
Stuart never missed a check-in, never skipped a weigh-in.
That accountability became his superpower.
We made sure his nutrition plan worked for him, to creating a simple 3-day meal rotation he could stick to, no matter how busy life got.
He made it work, even when he was out on long jobs.
And when I set tough targets, he didn’t just meet them he smoked them, turning down takeaways and sticking to the plan like a pro.
Now, sh*te food doesn’t even sit right with him!
Stuart’s journey is a reminder that even with a full, demanding life, change is possible.
He’s shown up for himself, consistently, and the results speak for themselves.
Stuart, you’ve been amazing to work with, and now it’s time to level up again.
When Beckie first came to me, I saw it immediately…. an incredible athlete, full of potential, but without the structure to fully unlock it.
She had the energy, the drive, and the raw talent, but something was holding her back.
Beckie didn’t believe in herself the way I did.
She was already putting in the work, but without a clear plan.
So, we built one…every set, every rep accounted for.
A programme that balanced what she enjoyed with what she needed to truly grow.
We kept it simple, focusing on intensity and precision, letting her push to the edge, where real progress happens.
Step by step, we increased her daily movement, aiming for 10-12k steps a day, small changes that built consistency.
We tracked her weight daily, using weekly averages to measure progress, constantly checking in.
And her nutrition? We dialed it in, nearly doubling her protein intake to fuel her body the way it deserved.
This wasn’t about quick fixes or shortcuts … this was about building Beckie into the athlete she was meant to be.
But there was one big challenge…. slowing her down.
Beckie has this relentless energy, always ready to go, always pushing.
I had to convince her to trust the process, to rest when needed, and to believe in the work we were doing.
The second challenge was even bigger … getting her to believe in herself.
She didn’t always see it, but I did.
Beckie had greatness inside her it just needed unlocking.
Slowly, that belief started to grow, and once it did, there was no stopping her. She’s since competed in Battle Cancer and Turf Games, proving to herself and everyone around her what she’s capable of.
And now? We’re stepping into her “running girlie era,” with even bigger goals ahead.
Beckie’s journey isn’t just about numbers or competitions, it’s about finding the strength within, pushing past doubts, and becoming the person you were always meant to be.
She’s unstoppable now, and I couldn’t be more proud.

Meriel didn’t come to me for a quick fix!!
She came for a long-term transformation.
So we took a marathon approach to fat loss, small deficit, focusing not just on dropping weight but on building real, lasting performance.
And wow, has she delivered!
Since March, she’s down 6.3kg and has shed 11cm off her waist!
But this isn’t just about numbers on a scale… Meriel has already conquered 54 Munros and is building the stamina to climb even more.
What makes her journey even more remarkable is that Meriel has done all of this while battling chronic health issues, with extreme pain flare-ups that would sideline most.
Yet, she never lets it hold her back.
Her resilience and dedication are beyond inspiring.
With just two gym sessions a week, we’ve focused on the essentials covering all movement patterns and pushing intensity to the maximal recoverable dose.
Every session has been about doing the most effective work to push her closer to her goals.
Beyond the gym, we’ve prioritised her lifestyle, optimising sleep, hydration, and recovery.
She’s crushing Munro climbs and building serious strength and performance for pole dancing too!
Honestly, I never thought I’d be training alongside a pole dancer, but we’re making it work and it’s been incredible to watch her transform both physically and mentally.
Meriel’s journey is about resilience, consistency, and balancing performance with fat loss.
She’s taken the long road, and it’s paying off in every aspect of her life.

Part 5 - midweek rambles!!
There was a time when Lesley hid in the back of every photo, feeling uncomfortable in her own skin and fearful for her health.
She was weighed down, not just physically but emotionally, trapped in a cycle of doubt and fear.
She felt invisible, afraid to take up space, afraid to truly live.
But then, Lesley made a decision that would change her life forever.
She took the first brave step towards herself towards reclaiming her health, her confidence, and her power.
It wasn’t easy.
There were days when she doubted her ability to do it, when the journey felt too hard, too long, and the old habits too strong.
But Lesley kept showing up. Every. Single. Day.
46kg down.
That’s an entire person’s worth of weight gone, but her transformation runs so much deeper than a number on a scale.
She didn’t just shed the weight… she let go of the fear, the insecurities, and the limits she once placed on herself.
She became someone new someone powerful, resilient, and strong.
Today, Lesley stands tall, no longer hiding in the back.
She’s a beast in the gym, a powerhouse in life, and she’s not done yet.
Every step she’s taken, every ounce of sweat, every moment of doubt she pushed through it all led to this new chapter where she no longer shrinks herself for anyone.

Eight weeks ago, Shauni, a busy mum juggling family and work, reached out for help.

16 incredible individuals from my coaching group have managed to lose a gorilla in weight.
Yep, you read that right a full-grown, 190kg gorilla 🦍 (minus the bananas) has vanished!
And just to make things even more wild… they threw in a golden retriever 🐕 (all 30kg of him) on the gorilla’s back for good measure.
