Been a pretty good week of training! 1RMs becoming 3RMs Numbers starting to come back and feel normal again after some time off to heal up. Head starting to feel right again and the process becoming trustworthy once more, for a while I thought I’d never feel like it did again and tbh it scared me as my whole identity is based around lifting a heavy bar. Probably a deeper issue I need to work on, but for now, I can bury that again. Buzzing for day 2 of rogue invitational. Excited for the future of business and where it’s headed. Few head wobbles this week with that too but I guess when you pick self employed life you actively invite to be punched in the face, say thanks and ask for another one…. ☝🏻

Same old same old… Leaving the gym every session knowing I have it all I had that day!! Building the 1%s up 🛠️ Some days it’s tough some days it’s easy!

I’ve always believed in the idea that how you do anything is how you do everything. It sounds simple, but it runs so deep. Every small effort, every detail, it all adds up to who you are and what you stand for. Once, I took a shortcut. I remember it clearly, mostly because I got called out for it. In the moment, I was so embarrassed, but I’m grateful it happened because that feeling stuck with me. I promised myself right then… no more cutting corners, no matter how tempting it might be. That moment taught me that integrity isn’t in the big, showy gestures, it’s in the tiny choices you make when no one’s watching. Since then, I’ve committed to those 1% improvements, day in and day out. I believe in delayed gratification, in putting in the work today that may not pay off right away, but will build something real and lasting over time. People don’t always see the small steps, but little by little, a little goes a long way. It’s the small, consistent efforts that create a foundation you can be proud of. So, if you’re ever wondering if the little things matter, they do. Show up fully in every moment, and trust the compound effect of those small steps. That’s where true growth happens.

What is a “Set” In 30s or less!! In fitness, a set is a group of consecutive repetitions of an exercise done without stopping. For example, if you do 10 push ups in a row, that’s one set of 10 reps. After a break, you might do another set. Sets help structure workouts and control intensity.

The key is consistency. Show up, stick to your plan, and don’t worry about impressing others. Results come with time and effort. Start today… your future self will thank you!

I started out wanting to create this deep, serious video, but then there’s Rex, just sitting there, watching me intently. It made me laugh and realise that I had to scrap the serious tone. No matter how my day goes… whether I’m celebrating ten new client sign-ups, crushing a workout, or dealing with a day where everything goes wrong. Rex is always there, wagging his tail, as if to say, You’ve got this shot bro! On my loneliest days, he’s my best friend, keeping me company and cracking me up with his goofy antics. I can’t emphasise enough how much that little ginger fur ball means to me. He reminds me to cherish the simple moments and the joy that comes from unconditional love. Stupid dog haha
