We are so excited to be introducing a brand NEW masterclass. Probably the most quintessential French pastry of all…Éclairs. During this class we will take you through all of the steps to make choux pastry, chocolate crème pâtissière and a beautiful chocolate glaze. Please visit www.almondine.co.uk to book. Introducing version 2 of our baked flan - classic Vanilla. Super thin, crispy puff pastry with baked vanilla custard. If that’s not your thing plenty of other options available today, canele, mango/passionfruit/coconut petit gateaux we are clinging onto summer with this one, large macarons, white chocolate/pecan/raspberry brownie, tarte au citron, Almondine tarts, cheesecakes x 3 flavours, hazelnut paris brest (after a long departure they are back on the counter in Aberdeen today) millefeuille (aka custard slice). Full selection of macarons available too 😋 On the savoury side lots more croque monsieurs, frittata and filled croissants. Delicious coffee, indulgent hot chocolate and freshly squeezed oj available. Puff Pastry Raspberry Flan available in Aberdeen today along with many, many other options including Large Macarons, three types of our ultra light but tasty cheesecakes, Tarte au Citron, Chocolate & Salted Caramel Domes (which we have been making since 2014 but they are too good to vacate from the counter), Almondine Tarts (who knew these were a thing, we had no idea until a French pastry chef recently joined our team!🙌) Opera - classic coffee/chocolate goodness. On the savoury side we have Ham & Emmental Croissants, Quiche Lorraine (all made from scratch by us 😋) Mixed Cheese Frittata (no gluten in this one), Croque Monsieur made using wonderful bread from and ham from our local butcher at the Castlegate 🙌 Loads of macarons also available! Thank you Inverurie for the last three years, we have really enjoyed getting to know lots of regular customers however it’s now time for us to move on and explore other opportunities. We aren’t leaving just yet, there is still plenty of time to come and get your macaron fix! Our Aberdeen and Edinburgh locations are open as normal and we look forward to welcoming our Aberdeenshire customers to these branches once Inverurie closes. Closing date to be confirmed.
