A huge congratulations to Exploration team: Snap Fitness Addlestone! 🧗🧗‍♀️

Because of everyone's incredible, accumulative effort we conquered Everest together in under a month, 60,227 steps! We absolutely have just the best members and we are so proud of you all. It was a tough challenge and some of you had never used the Jacobs ladder before.

How to fit in gym around Ramadan

This holy month should be for you to connect with your faith but of course many of us depend on training for our mental well-being too

Everyone’s gym schedule will vary based on priorities but it’s important to still be eating nutritiously and staying hydrated when we can & avoid binge eating ‼️

Tips for training during Ramadan

✅ At Suhoor & Iftar drink plenty of water and take your daily vitamins
✅ Avoid oily food
✅ Cut your workouts down to 20-30min
✅ Stick to 4 exercises
✅ Reduce the amount of days you go to the gym
✅ Train after Iftar ( Prioritise your prayer & time with family)
✅ Training at Iftar (Living alone & can prioritise prayer)

Happy Mother’s Day 💐

Ingredients:
- 200g self-raising flour
- 100g light brown sugar
- 50g oats
- 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 2 ripe bananas
- 285ml milk
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 eggs
- 150g blueberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cinnamon

Heat the oven to 180° fan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
