How many times have you tried to be “perfect?”

But never actually got anywhere with it

Training everyday
Prepping all the food
Logging calories on My Fitness Pal to the letter

And give up because it’s too difficult

“I’ll go to the gym every day this week”.

But only go twice

“I’ll prep all my food and eat well”.

Then have a takeaway mid week

And feel like you’ve got nowhere.

Rather than attempt to be perfect.. Aim for progress!

Think about it this way

Can you get in a minimum amount of gym time? If everyday is a too challenging..

Whats the least you can do to stay on track.

Make sensible food choices without completely overhauling your entire diet and enjoy a takeaway or meal out?

If for whatever reason your week doesn’t plan out the way I want it to?

It’s not the end of the world.

You can get back to it without feeling guilty or you have to start again because you’ve managed at least get a minimum amount in.

Don’t dwell over not being “perfect”.

Because perfection is never realistically achievable anyway.

So happy to announce my client delivered a beautiful baby GIRL 🥰

Baby Eva weighs a healthy 7lbs15!

Pregnancy training is so enjoyable for me as a coach. I become part of their journey and I enjoy every second.

I take my hat off to any lady who trains throughout pregnancy. There are SO many benefits throughout the whole journey and even whilst giving birth and recovery too.
