Two events competed this week. Crochet 🧶 and Whisky tasting 🥃. Next week is Moonshine, the awesome are coming and taking over to make the most tasty 🍹 cocktails, sampling their range. Get booked on now and we have spaces left next Saturday for Crochet.

Tonight is the night to try the best whisky in the country. We start at 7pm and still have places left. Crochet 🧶 is fully booked tomorrow but have other dates available so get in touch.

We had an awesome break in Belfast. We loved every bit of it and we feel more educated about their history. We will definitely be back as you need more time to get around all the museums and beautiful town. Also had a great weekend, it was strange leaving my baby.

Did you know it was Gynae Cancer Awareness Month:

Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month we are sharing information on how you can get to know your normal when it comes to your gynae health and how to monitor your body so that you can spot when something goes wrong that needs to get checked.

Ovarian cancer symptoms
The symptoms of ovarian cancer can be vague. They can be similar to other conditions, like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). If you have any of the symptoms below, it is important to speak to your GP as soon as possible.

Here are the main ovarian cancer symptoms:
Increased abdominal size and persistent bloating (not bloating that comes and goes)
Feeling full quickly, loss of appetite or feeling sick
Pelvic and abdominal pain
Needing to wee (urinate) more often
Changes in bowel habits

Back pain, losing weight unexpectedly, feeling tired, and vaginal bleeding that is different or new can also sometimes be symptoms of ovarian cancer.

If you have any of these symptoms, it is important that you see your GP. It is more likely to be caused by something less serious than cancer, but it is always worth getting them checked, just in case.

The Eve Appeal are also launching our ‘Self-Check First’ monthly text reminder service to check your v***a for any changes or symptoms of v***al cancer with our how-to guide.
