EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!
The Board of Trustees is delighted to announce Chris Orife's (image below) appointment as the new full-time Chief Executive of HospiceCare North Northumberland.

Chris has been an integral part of HospiceCare for the past two years as the Care Manager and, more recently, as the Interim CEO. She has consistently showcased her exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills. Her extensive experience in Nursing, governance, and finance management has been instrumental in the growth and success of HospiceCare North Northumberland.

Chris's unwavering commitment to HospiceCare's values and proven leadership skills will ensure that she guides the Hospice toward successful strategic outcomes in the future. Chris will take up her new position at HospiceCare on 24th June 2024.

Calling all Crafters 🧵🧶
We have accumulated a lot of craft donations and as a result, we have set up part of the shop with all sorts of craft supplies including equipment for card making, knitting,sewing, painting, embroidery and lots of books on various craft skills.
Pop in and have a rummage. We are open Monday to Saturday 10 - 4 .

ALNWICK Dementia Drop-in Café is held on the 3rd Tuesday 10:30am-13:30pm and 4th Tuesday of every month 1:30pm – 3:30pm.

WILLOWBURN SPORTS CENTRE, ALNWICK Dementia Walking Football Every Wednesday 11am – 12noon followed by a cuppa, cake and an opportunity to share memories.

SWAN CENTRE, BERWICK Dementia Walking Football Every Monday 10.30am - 11.30am followed by a cuppa and cake with an opportunity to share memories.

We have been very busy making cushions and pictures for the shop for our latest promotion which starts on Friday. Loads of different cushions made from donated fabric which includes Laura Ashley and Sanderson. Here are just a couple of items we will have for sale. We look forward to seeing you between 10 -4 Mon to Sat.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any further donations until Tuesday 2 May. We look forward to receiving your donations of good quality clothes, ornaments, kitchen equipment etc after that date.
