This signature dish has a special place in our hearts as it’s one of the most famous dishes in Filipino cuisine.

😉 So we have to do it right.

Adobo comes from the Spanish word for “marinate,” which makes the chicken beautifully tender and packed full of flavour. 😋

We cook our Chicken Adobo on the bone in a stunning marinade of garlic, soy sauce, palm sugar, vinegar, peppercorns, and bay leaves.

🍚 Served with a generous portion of fluffy white jasmine rice.

It’s no wonder this is one of our most popular dishes (with customers and our staff!)

Our Sticky Toffee Pud is homemade (naturally) and has the perfect consistency to warm you up without being too heavy. It’s sticky, gooey, and will melt in your mouth.

🥄 To make it even more tempting, we drench our puds in warm butterscotch sauce and top it off with a scoop of our homemade vanilla gelato. 🍦

The most famous and loved bread roll in the Philippines, 🍞 Pandesal comes from the Spanish word meaning 🧂 “salt bread,” and it originated during the 16th-century era of Spanish colonisation in the Philippines.

Pandesal has a unique pillowy texture that’s heavenly to bite into, and it has a slightly sweet taste, which works beautifully with the saltiness.

🚪 We can’t wait to open our doors to old customers and new and serve you beautiful meals that we pour our heart and soul into. All freshly prepared with the finest ingredients, of course!
