In development: 40mm thick reinforced grey concrete panel using a oyster shell as a specialised finish.
We are also producing a second sample using a white cement for our customer.

Very unusual mixed block consisting of angled brick, 75mm -90mm beach cobbles and knapped field flint for a customer in Norfolk.
The house currently has this finish at the rear of the property and they enquired if the finish could be replicated for a garden wall.
Once complete i hope to post photos of the finished job.

Our 40mm flint faced panels are proving very popular currently as we are the only manufacturer of these in the UK.
These panels are of a special 80% knapped field and 20% knapped quarry as my customer requested a slightly darker mix in areas of the panels.
All panels are manufactured with locating holes in which stainless steel fixings are required to fix onto the interior leaf.
These can be manufactured in a variety of shapes and sizes tailored to your specs.

We have manufactured different flint block shapes in the past but these were again slightly different. Our customer wanted a special stepped coursed flint decorative gable end flint feature for his build. As he was matching previous coursed flint blocks he wanted this finish to complete the look.
We added reinforcing bar, lifting eyes and also wall ties into each of these.

Although quite time consuming it is important that we try something out of our comfort zone!, these blocks were all manufactured to different sizes with specially square knapped flints placed closely together. I don't mind saying these took a few attempts at getting right but we eventually produced a product that both ourselves and my customer were happy with.

It's been a while since I last posted due to ourselves being incredibly busy currently. Along with our flint blocks and concrete lintels we produce we also replicate either discontinued or out of stock curb edging. The current special shaped edging we are currently manufacturing for a customer is a unique shape which my customer could not obtain but required a quantity to match his existing edging.

A photograph showing a recent job where the customer required a 35mm slim flint faced panel to be installed behind her log burner internally. We manufactured the separate panels to ensure that they were all able to be handled safely. This photograph has been taken prior to pointing in.

Based on this sample panel being made on site our flint blocks have now been accepted for use in the South Downs national park.👍

Knapped light field flint blocks supplied for a extension to a rugby club. The blocks have had the pointing slightly raked back rather than flush.

A special finish manufactured blocks using a specific Normandy cobble/flint. This is the first time we have used this particular stone , very much like a cobble but with the addition of a dimpled/slightly rough finish along with more colour variations.

The blocks in the photographs are what we call a natural farmhouse mix. Using a sourced smaller unknapped natural flint to achieve desired look.
These were manufactured for a customer who is undertaking an extension to a farmhouse who approached ourselves to enquire if we were able to help them on their project.

Another new customer requesting a special 22 degree end random flint block. We have had a run on specials in the last couple of weeks but this is where I feel we excel over our competitors.

We were approached by a company to enquire if we were able to produce a special coursed dark flint with a 90 degree flint on one end as a return. We managed to turn this special job around at short notice for the customer.
We can turn our hands to a variety of special finishes and not just flint.

We have manufactured these 35mm thick concrete flint faced panels for a customer. As with all our concrete these have special microfibres in to add additional strength to the co concrete. These panels have fixing holes to aid the fixing to a variation of surfaces.

Brick slip and knapped flint cast onto a structural concrete backing for a special feature arch for one of our customers. This was a collaboration between ourselves and AJ Brickcutters who I have to say have done a fantastic job laying the bricks. Very pleased with the outcome of the lintel.

Something a little different for us to get our teeth stuck into. A coursed Scottish cobble block manufactured to a 125mm thickness. We have to apply a few additional measures to ensure the cobbles remain fixed. This development is in a town centre in Essex and also includes a number of special return corners.

Here we have a local development who required a mixed knapped field flint finish using our blocks. As you can see unlike traditional rectangle blocks you cannot see any horizontal joint lines with ours. Our blocks have now also been approved for use in lieu of traditional build which means you can achieve a " natural" finish with the added benefit of reduced time constraints and also saving costs on labour.
