I've seen 60% of this astonishingly beautiful gardens and I have to admit that, this is definitely whole day trip for a whole family and it's worth to come in spring as this is the only time when those plants blossom, later in summer they remain only green leaves.

Vegan healthy option?

Hi this Sunday 2nd October 2022 I'll run London Marathon and I will be fundraising a money for disabled children and youths and for this good cause I'll run with Whizz-Kids the 26.2 miles/43km run around the centre of London. So please help me fundraise the money for the good cause🙏

I chose to make apple cider but first is an open alcohol fermentation for approximately 6 weeks so I get cider first then it will turn in to lovely healthy apple cider vinegar but for sure I'll try a little bit of cider even though I completely stopped drinking alcohol in November 2020 🥰

I'm vegetarian from 2008, vegan from 2010 and always being disrespectfully hated and laughed that it's impossible to live chemical free and that the vegans are skiny, sick and weak but yeah I'm a living evidence of the power of mother earthy and its powerful plants💪

🤓FERMENTATING FOOD🤓
You might never heard about fermentating the vegetables and also the fruits. The different between pickling where we use vinegars to preserve our food and fermentating food is that we use a hot water and salt plus an extra herbs and spices including garlic, dill, horse radish, peppercorns and more of you choice. fermentating the food takes bacteria fermentation but not preserving it by vinegar and it tends to increase the Amount of vitamins in the end product and it only takes few days from "seed to harvest" here on the picture below is me standing with the used jars from my food I purchased from supermarkets that now I filled with my garden cucumbers and sliced zuckini 😃 please read more below from wiki pro:
