Boiler with rotten flue discovered on service visit. Damage caused to inside turned into uneconomic repair. Customer very happy with new boiler and other work done.

Another negative test. We are taking our customers safety very seriously by testing for Covid-19 twice weekly.

Customer had complained about a funny smell. Had been “maintained” elsewhere. Silicone to “fix” the problem had been done previously. Replaced damaged parts and gave the boiler a proper service. New customer very happy.
