Ending a successful week with another 1st time pass for Erica Potter this morning in Wi******er with just 4df’s. Beyond proud of this exceptionally lovely young lady and a thoroughly deserved result today.

You managed to hold those nerves back today and show the examiner all those skills you’ve acquired. I just knew you could do it!

Bella Turpins time to shine this morning passing her test in Wi******er with just 1 driver fault - what a drive! It has been my absolute pleasure to teach you and get to know you. I know mum (Tanya Turpin) will be pleased to have a new taxi driver in the house 🤣

To see that shy, nervous girl who started with me develop into the confident and safe driver you are is amazing. YOU did it all and I am so proud of you. Now you can drive yourself to all those football training sessions!

Just a polite reminder on our payment and cancellation policy for lessons:

- Lessons are to be paid for 24hrs before each lesson. I will always send a reminder of our lesson the evening before our lesson.
- Cancellations are fully charged if less than 48hrs notice is given. It is exceptionally difficult to fill spaces at the last minute as everyone has their own schedules!
- I will always try my best to rearrange lessons for exceptional circumstances but this is not always possible. The more notice given the more chance I have to move the diary around.

Our business is hectic, with our families to also support, so please be mindful all of the above which helps with its smooth running.

A HUGE well done to 3 (!!!) of my pupils, Jemima, Cerys and Maddy for passing their theory tests over the last couple of weeks, each of them passing FIRST time! Super happy for each of you, now to get cracking with the practical side!

All of my pupils are given free access to Theory Test Pro to help get them ready for this.

Time for a holiday!

I will now be away and “out of the office” for a couple of weeks from today returning Tuesday 21st August. It’s time for a break to rest and recharge after a manic year teaching all my amazing pupils.

Any messages, texts or WhatsApp messages will be answered on my return.

For now I’m sure my children will be running riot, I will mainly be drinking wine and reading my book and I’ll have my other half on the BBQ cooking us up a feast in the sun!

Lydia has a “go to work with your parent” day at school so it’s time for her to watch her mum in action. You never know she may be the future of our business one day…!

Just sat reflecting on my working week so far and I’d just like to say a massive well done to quite literally each and every one of my pupils for their amazing progress in their lessons this week.

From a couple of you who have only just started with me to the rest of you who I’ve taught for a little while, genuinely each of you have had brilliant lessons this week and it makes me feel super proud to be your instructor.

Another well done to my lovely pupil Tara Hodges for acing her driving test first time in Salisbury and all in her own car!

So happy for this lovely young lady who puts her all into everything she does. With the pressure of revision for the big “A-levels” also surrounding her, to go and pass her practical driving test first time is super impressive…and I know how much pressure you put on yourself to succeed!

It’s been a pleasure getting to know you and see that confidence grow weekly. You’re a credit to your parents and I’ll miss gossiping away with you on a Wednesday evening!

It was this legends times to shine today and I think his massive smile says it all! Anthony Salvatelli smashed his driving test with just a couple of faults FIRST TIME!! You are amazing! Even the examiner thought so too!

I’m not sure if we ever had a lesson where we weren’t laughing 🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s been a blast teaching you and not only that but getting to know the amazing person you are. It’s been quite the journey for you that I know hasn’t always been easy but you never ever gave up and I admire that determination to succeed. A prime example of getting out exactly what you put in.

I am beyond proud of you! Thank you for making my Wednesday mornings so fun. I’ll miss you!

It’s been an amazing, manic couple of years but thankful for all the support we’ve received from friends, family and just as important our amazing pupils.

The sun was shining for Katie Vasey this morning passing her driving test with just 2df in Wi******er this morning! So so so proud of you!
From meeting you when you were just turning a teenager to seeing you now go into adulthood and your first big ”life skill” - just amazing!!

It was a brilliant drive and I was grateful to sit in the back and see it all unfold for myself.

Thoroughly deserved and I’m going to miss our weekly gossips!

On a roll in January saying another massive well done to my pupil Shannon Dowler for passing her test in Wi******er with just a couple of driver faults! The lady who never thought she could until she did!

I am so so happy for you, I know how much this means to you and what a journey you’ve come on to achieve this - couldn’t be prouder of you. The growth in your confidence is nothing short of astounding from that timid anxious driver that started with me. Well done you!

Kicking 2024 with my first test of the year and a first time pass for Alfie Stoten! You did AMAZINGLY! I am so proud of you for over coming those nerves and anxiety to achieve this super result today - just 5df’s!

Having taught Alfie’s brother a few years ago, I was happy to be able to help another Stoten get their licence.

Our lessons have always been fun and I’m going to miss chatting away on a Friday with you (and all the crazy things we witnessed on the road including a tree coming down right in front of us yesterday!!!!!)

So that’s a wrap for 2023 and what a year it’s been! I’ve had the absolute privilege teaching some incredible people to drive both past and present and feel exceptionally lucky to of helped you all.

It’s been a massive year personally for me purchasing my first home with my partner and none of that would of been possible without the unwavering support for our business from you all. The likes, the shares, the comments, the recommendations, the tags do not go unnoticed and I am exceptionally appreciative of it all. Plus all of that was possible doing a job I love! So a massive thank you to each and every one of you.

Lots of you have driving tests booked for the new year so I’m excited to get you all ready for those, lots of you working hard towards those tests too. I’ve also got a few new starters in January (even some for February and March already!) who I can’t wait to meet!

So with that I’m wishing you all a happy and healthy Christmas and New Year.

Another massive well done to my pupil Dan who passed his driving test VERY early yesterday morning! A 7am test, ouch! Due to the nature of his work we’ll be keeping the post a little private with pictures 🤫

Dan took his own car to test and nailed it. I had so much fun teaching Dan, we were always chatting away and laughing in every single lesson. He was a real pleasure to get to know. It wasn’t an easy journey for Dan but perseverance pays off.

I hope this shows you just how brilliant you are.

Lucky to have been given the opportunity to get to know you and see you succeed in such a huge life skill.

Amber Penfound has ended her Thursday with a big fat pass with only 5 driver faults! Sitting in the back I got to watch Amber first hand handle lots of traffic and different tricky scenarios which she breezed through.

That shy, not so confident driver developing into this result! I hope this boosts that confidence even more to show you you’re capable of anything you put your mind to! Lots of help and practice with mum and dad between lessons so huge credit to them too.

I’m going to miss our chats and laughs together! Enjoy your lovely little car and freedom!
