Turning op machined on some 304 stainless billets for another local engineering company for them to then complete the milling process on the back end

Another order finished off tonight and delivered to customer, they had originally been made in aluminium and we were asked to make them from mild steel to allow them to be welded in. Bit of work required for some of the jigs too for the milling process

It’s not always machining from scratch! We were asked to rework some stainless steel shafts for customer, these were cut to length and turned down to 28mm h7 tolerance with the keyway finished on our mill for some captive keyways then delivered today

Prototype parts completed on our milling machine for customer from nylon and mild steel, packaged and ready to be delivered this week.

Shafts completed this morning for customer ready to be packaged and delivered on Monday morning.
