They requested a modern looking bathroom with a walk-in shower because the bath was no longer needed. So we delivered ✔️

Before and after of this Kitchen remodel. Took down the ceiling and found the back end of the house propped up of timber….that was a nice shock! New steels in and on with the beautiful finish.

The entrance hallway and staircase got a little makeover too.

Gutted we didn’t get a photo of the stage between ripping up the rotten floor and putting new beams, flooring and plasterboarding in the Lounge, but you can see how much we had to rebuild to create this beauty.

The big workhorse has got a new coat. Plenty of room for all our tools and materials.

Black wrought iron, bow topped fence and gates installed for a repeat client of ours. Rapid turnaround requested due to them being let down by another installer.

Quick fence panel swap for a client to service the university properties.

Before and 👉🏻 After of this fast track bathroom spruce up for a client who had people moving in. Rip out of existing shower cubicle, vinyl and entrance door. Supply & Fit new walk in shower, shower wall cladding and vinyl flooring including increasing the entrance door opening and fitting a new door.

The TV media wall is a one of a kind. It slides to the centre of the room as a unit….but if you want to enjoy the view more it can slide out of the way.

Fence install for one of our regular clients. Vehicle and pedestrian access gates made in house. One pedestrian gate is coded access with an emergency exit gate beside it to ensure it meets fire regulations.

Garage conversion completed in Bulwell. A nice new warm addition to this home for a lovey growing family.

Recently completed bathroom in our bungalow project. Our clients vision using classic style fixtures from Victorian Plumbing created their own personal bathroom haven. 😍

Beaming today! Wrestled this 254x136 37 UB with top plate into position, thats 230kg! The whole team did well and it went in pretty swiftly. Couple more to add and then close off.
This is for the current knock through on a bungalow.

“Really pleased with the shower and workmanship and will definitely approach you again when we want further work!”

This client had a cracked shower tray but didn’t want to have to redo the whole bathroom at this stage. So with a bit of discussion and finding a suitable solution, we completed a shower tray swap and new glass screen complete with their choice of contrasting tiles. We think this was a very good compromise and we are glad they are happy.

We are currently working on this Schools Changing Room remodel ready for the new term. It’s going to be a stark difference, they were dated and well used.

Here’s a couple of photos of the finishing details to make this property stand out in the recently completed HMO.

Can you see it? The vision, what we are creating with our clients….POW! Looking back, it’s quite a transformation. Proud of all of our lads and the client for sticking to what he wanted.

Here’s a little peek inside the dining area the our clients recently completed HMO. We made the table out of scaffold boards and stained it. Painted some roofing Latts and fixed to the wall. The Doppler spacings on the wall cladding was an intentional instruction we received.

Carpet fitted for a landlord, ready for the new tenants now.
