His name is Diego , he is a Shiba Inu , is microchipped but hasn’t got a collar . He escaped from home last Tuesday. If you live on saddlers way the family are desperate for some ring doorbell footage if you have any. Hoping he is found soon 🥺❤️

A Very Happy Easter Monday everyone and a Happy Monday to everyone who is 2 weeks into their fasting for Ramadan. Hope you’ve all had a wonderful weekend we were blessed with the weather ☀️

It was also officially my very last classroom day for Reflexology last Sunday. It’s been a busy few months .

Very exciting but Now just to put it all into practice with case studies and get those assignments finished 😬 still a long way to go before my table doesn’t look like this anymore 😂 , a beautiful well deserved bunch of flowers for our wonderful Reflexology teacher .

I Hope all the kiddies have had a great Half term break , we have managed to have some wonderful days out 🥰 and a great Easter Sunday spent with family , an exciting baby reveal and helped a little bee along the way. So fascinating watching them eat the sugar water ☺️

A little late in the day but I really hope you all had a wonderful Mothering Sunday

Personally we had planned for weather like yesterday , With a hamper full of pastries , breakfast bits and hot coffee , the children and I headed to the hills bright and early this morning. Crossing our fingers it would get brighter the higher we went 😅 , turned out the higher we went the wetter and foggier it got! 😂😂

Abandoned our pretty view bench breakfast and had a car picnic instead 😁. Luckily it wasn’t raining too hard so we could still enjoy a lovely (but cold!) walk .
The children had booked me a table for dinner so I didn’t have to cook , they were armed with daddy’s wallet so all I had to do was drive there ☺️

Really looking forward to seeing you all next week , a week full of pampering before the Easter holidays , including a few more Reflexology case studies. Only a few more before I finish my case set 2 and can move on to more intuitive treatments , can’t wait! 🤩

Hope you have had a wonderful weekend , feeling very grateful for these few days of beautiful weather , the chihuahuas and I have found our happy place , these scenes are definitely food for the soul 🥰

A few lessons learnt last week …

- When asking the children to do the simplest of tasks to save yourself time , choose words very carefully or maybe don’t even ask them at all …

literally pulls the curtains and curtain rail off of the wall , wall plugs and all! 🤦‍♀️ 😂
I think she must have copied tarzan or something 😂

When attempting to bake an ‘I love you’ anniversary cake DO NOT attempt to multi task , over beaten batter resulting in two flat pancake cakes 😂 ( extra cream and strawberries in the middle managed to bulk it up a bit )

Really looking forward to seeing everyone this week and wishing all of those a speedy recovery who are unwell at home 💕

Good morning ☀️
Hope you have all had a wonderful week , mine has literally disappeared! It has gone so quickly but still absolutely buzzing from last weekend in London . Still can’t believe I met 🇺🇸 , such an inspiring weekend and definitely a few lightbulb moments 😊
It was also so wonderful networking and meeting other fellow therapists , finding that extra support , friends for life definitely and already booked some more training🤩 . Not until September though when I would have finished my 100+ hours of Refleoxlogy 👣 and qualified 🤞

So I’m not usually an exercise person , most people know the most running I do is running for the school gates before they close or running up the stairs because I have forgotten my phone before leaving the house!! But have actually managed to complete week 3 of couch to 5k , baby steps! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get started with it , it’s so hard getting out but once you do it does feel great!

Started having a few clients in for pre holidays pampers which is so exciting! ✈️ ☀️ , wishing you all a wonderful holiday and for those of us who are stuck here , a wonderful weekend 🥰

Iv been terrible (as usual) for updates ,

It’s been such a nice start to the new year , after being poorly before Christmas Iv been able to make up for lost time. Just before I was unwell I managed to complete my Atlantean Crystal Reiki training with the lovely Nicola Harwood ✨ 🥰
Lash lifts and massage are really popular at the moment and I have been doing a few cupping massages too - although not on my website yet!

I only have two more classroom session for my reflexology! September 2020 I started , Can’t believe how quickly this time has gone , just need to complete my case studies , there are a fair few hours still to complete . Absolutely loving the training and am getting some amazing results from current case studies which is so exciting.

Just swatting this evening for my Reproductive /Pregnancy assessment tomorrow , Tinxy is under that paperwork somewhere 😂 , wish me luck 😁

I am actually looking for a case study for reproductive reflexology so if anyone knows of someone who is looking to or trying to get pregnant and fancies a little reflexology to support the process please do get in touch , it is just one case study I’m looking for 😊

Apologies I have been a little radio silent , it’s been a tough one this second lockdown as I think you will all agree but so excited to get back to pampering and seeing everyone again.
Very happy that my reflexology training can finally get back to face to face practicals rather than zoom learning and although it’s pushed my completion date back to next year I am so pleased to be able to start case studies now 🦶 🦶 🥰

I am putting an order in at the end of the week so if anyone was looking for a more natural skin care range I highly recommend the eve Taylor products, no nasties , no parabens , no drying alcohols just natural ingredients and a range to suit all skin types and what I love about it most is that it doesn’t come with a huge price tag. It’s not very clear but it may be a gradual reopening again like last time so I’m not even sure if it will be a definite reopening for the beginning of December.

After two days training in London for hot and cold stone therapy my mind is blown!! 🤩 A whole new level of massage , those hot stones just melt away that tension so amazing for targeting those really tough knots and with a mix of the cold stones in areas of puffiness especially eye bags transforms you into a new you! That’s how I felt when it was my turn to have one 😁
Such a spiritual massage too with some energy work and chakra balancing mixed in , honestly completely blown away 💕
I can’t wait to introduce this properly 😍 really excited.

💜 Sadly no facial treatments at all , no brow or facial waxing , no lash or brow tinting or lash lifting.

💜 Clients won’t be required to wear a mask but are more than welcome to if they would feel more comfortable , I will be wearing a visor and disposable apron between clients . Hand sanitiser will be available and disinfecting to the highest standard between clients .

💜 Please bring your own water bottle as I’m not permitted to supply drinks , also you are more than welcome to bring a magazine/ book as I can’t supply these any more either .

💜 Sticking to allocated times as much as possible will help me have the time to clean properly and ensure I keep everyone safe 🥰

I am so excited to be able to open my doors very soon!
It was a little unexpected so I have the required PPE on order which will hopefully be with me middle of next week and I am currently in the process of giving treatment room a touch up of paint. So I am hoping to open by the end of next week 🤞

Unfortunately any treatments to the face won’t be available until we get the go ahead from the government . So no lashes or facials ...... yet!

BUT! That still leaves waxing , massage and pedicures!
