I didn’t know how I’d feel today but I’ve had a beautiful day spent with my family, close ones and my fur babies. I had a beautiful week in Seville starting the celebrations and then next week I get to spend it in Greece, and then I come back to more celebrations. I’m now the age Natalie was when I first met her, and the last time I see her we was off that night to bluewater to get dresses for my 18th, so I can only imagine how excited she would of been for my 30th. Forever grateful for everyone I have and for the bonds I’ve made in my 30 years of life and I look forward to seeing what this decade has in store for me and the salon. Thankyou for all being part of this crazy rollercoaster called life 🤍✨

30th of April 🫶🏻 12 years today 🫶🏻
Today we remain closed out of respect to our girl Nat. The 30th of April will always be one of the hardest. A day that memories play out minute by minute.
I always try and make something positive out of every situation, this one on this day I can’t. But I can raise awareness, so I’ve shared the domestic abuse charity Refuges number and also Samaritans.
Il be back in salon Thursday, Abs will be back tomorrow.
Simply the best was one of the songs played at Nats funeral, we were always called the Tina turners on nights out when I use to have to pretend she was my 24 year old sister. Even though that wouldn’t work now I’m nearly 30 😂🫶🏻✨

Rich copper infused bronde 🫶🏻
My client hadn’t been to me in over a year and had a high blonde balayage last time, (sorry look how nice the grow out is!!) but this time wanted to embrace her natural dark root and tone it all down but warm it up! We mixed copper throughout the lowlights, root melt and toner. How bloody gorgeous is this colour!! I fell in love 🫶🏻

my girl brought me Michelle Keegan inspo into salon on Tuesday (swipe to see) and was ready to add a little spice to her dark brunette locks. Luckily I did a course with Michelle’s hairdresser and hair icon , so I got to put into action some of the tips and tricks he taught us.

Hair loss affects so many people for so many different reasons but the 1 thing that is the same, is how it makes us feel. I have clients who have experienced hair loss through pregnancy, Alopecia or other medical conditions, menopause, receding hair lines, thinning hair lines/hair parting lines, or for myself stress or trauma. The list is endless. With it effecting male and female clients. So now to be able to offer something that I’ve seen the results of, something so natural that contains nothing “fake” in, honestly feels so good. For myself I first started experiencing hair loss around the front of my hair after being treated for shock and trauma. 12 years on I still lose hair as soon as my body feels any stress. (And that’s a lot 😂) so I’m also going to take you on my journey of using Glowwa. Over the next few weeks we will be posting more information and reels but any questions just message or pop in, we’re stocked up and ready to help start your journey 🤍✨

It was time to say goodbye to the vivid colours for a while due to other amazing life commitments. When i tell you today was a day I was so happy I love colour theory. Pink, easy to lift, but never forget what lies under.. and for us it was green 😂 but that’s for another post!

Balayage for the birthday girl ✨
First time colouring her hair, we opted for a balayage to keep maintenance low. I weaved the ends meaning a lot more dimension on the mid lengths and ends to keep a more natural look. Unfortunately we started to lose the sun (only reason I dislike winter for my job😩😂) but you can see just how ashy but natural this colour was!
