After a hugely successful year we are now recruiting a General Manager for The Rose Inn as we as a business look to expand and potentially look at a 2nd site.

The ideal candidate will have a real passion for customer service, great man (or woman) management skills & an ambition to develop personally with an expanding pub company, the ideal candidate will want to progress into bigger roles with us as we look to grow over the coming years.

You must:
· Demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
· Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests.
· Collaborate with the owners and current management team to develop strategies for improving overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Support team members in their roles, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
· Assist the owners in their day-to-day responsibilities of managing & running the site.
· Have a can-do attitude and a positive outlook towards each day at work.

If you are passionate about the hospitality industry, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!
