Buckets For Bongos

Today at Thomley it was Disability Family Day! It was lovely to see the children interacting by playing, dancing and singing along with their buckets at our afternoon session 🧡

How wonderful! Might have to pop in and join the lovely residents and staff at Avondale Care Home, Aylesbury for this special event 🧡

We are excited to open our doors and showcase our beautiful home for !

We would like to invite you to join our residents and staff to celebrate living life within our wonderful Avondale Care Home. Come along and enjoy the atmosphere with some complimentary fizz and delicious canopies, put together by our wonderful chef.

Throughout the day our fabulous activities team will be showcasing different activities as our very own 'Singing for the Brain'! We also have a very special visitor, our lovely guest pony, coming to say hello between 3-4pm.

Today it was lovely to go outside with the residents at St Albans MacIntyre for our bucket session 🧡

Another lovely afternoon at Thomley. It was a fun, loud session with the 13+ group. We had to turn the music up! Also great to see the carers joining in too. Thankyou to everyone who came, you were all amazing🧡

Yesterday we were at Lewin House, Aylesbury The Fremantle Trust. Lots of energy was used in this session and sure a few afternoon snoozes followed. Thankyou again for having us, you were amazing! 🧡

Yesterday we visited Chesham Leys The Fremantle Trust. It was a new session here and the residents and staff showed us their fabulous bucket playing skills. Well done to you all!🧡

We had a fabulous Sunday being part of Chesham Fringe Festival at Chesham Town Hall. This happy chappy was up at the front the whole time. He was the star of our session with his bucket and dance moves. He even got people up for a bucket conga around the room!

It was raining buckets at our session in St Albans MacIntyre today.

We are so excited to be part of Chesham Fringe Festival! We will be performing with the fabulous Chiltern Gateway Club. Come and join us for a bucket playing, boogie and singalong session at Chesham Town Hall on Sunday 26th May at 11.00.

We had an unexpected visitor join us at our session this morning!

Yesterday we had our 2nd session at Chilterns Gateway Club in Amersham. It might of been freezing outside but we all soon got warmed up in the club. From the beginning there was a lot of playing buckets, singing, dancing and happy faces. At the end they were still buzzing and could of carried on! 🖤🧡

Christmas Buckets For Bongos!

It's November! Yesterday we went to MacIntyre in St Albans for our weekly session. Then Bury Lodge Care Home in Beaconsfield B&M Care. Lots of buckets banging and singing in the room. A couple of ladies enjoyed dancing along in their seats with some leg kicks in the air. We hope they slept well after their workout!
