1. Feet Position (Find Your Strong Base):
“Stand like a superhero with your feet as wide as your shoulders. This will help you stay strong and steady.”
“Feel like you're ready to move in any direction, standing on your toes like a spring ready to jump.”

2. Knees (Stay Low Like a Panther):
“Bend your knees just a little, like a panther getting ready to pounce. This will help you move fast when the ball comes your way.”

3. Head and Eyes (Keep Your Eyes on the Ball):
“Imagine your head is as still as a statue and your eyes are laser-focused on the bowler. This helps you see the ball better.”

4. Backlift (Lift the Bat Like a Sword):
“ Lift your bat like a sword, straight back but pointing a little towards the off stump. Hold the bat firmly at the top with one hand, and gently with the other, ready to strike.”

5. Shoulder Alignment (Point Your Shoulder):
“Point your shoulder towards the bowler. Turn just a little to the side, like you're peeking around the corner to see the ball.”

6. Stay Relaxed (Be Like a Cheetah):
“Relax your arms and shoulders, just like a cheetah before it runs super fast. This way, you can move quickly and hit the ball hard.”
