Our willow tunnel has had its annual prune. Thank you to our tall visitors like Nathan, we can reach those pesky new shoots at the top.

Now...what shall we do with all the cut willow?

At this time of year, an important job is smashing the ice in the water troughs. It's definitely good therapy!

Our gorgeous pigs will do anything for a treat, even sit like a good dog!

🌳 Being outdoors in nature is proven to help with mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.

🐑 Being around animals, growing vegetables and interacting with others at the Farm, can improve mood, reduce feelings of stress, anxiety and loneliness.
