Gorgeous Autumnal colours! 🍁 There’s definitely a nip in the air now, but Autumn is a great time for planting! The soil is still warm after the summer, encouraging good root growth and fast establishment before winter.

The fruits on these Crab Apple Trees are perfect for making jelly but can also be left on the tree for ornamental and wildlife value🐝🍎

Grasses are an excellent addition to many different garden styles and have become increasingly popular over the past decade. We have lots of variety in the garden centre currently, coming in many different shapes and sizes!

🌾Ornamental grasses often have long, narrow, strappy leaves, and form dense clumps
🌾The feathery flower heads appear in summer and autumn
🌾The stems, foliage and seedheads often last well, providing structure well into winter
🌾Most prefer moist but well-drained soil in a sunny spot
🌾Grasses grow well in large containers
🌾Perfect for new and experienced gardeners, they are easy to grow and maintain

Just a reminder that the A418 Oxford Road between Aylesbury and Stone will be closed from 8.30pm Friday reopening 5.30am Monday 2 September. There are diversions in place, so please still come and visit if you can 🤗
