That’s why we continue to work toward digitally connecting 50k people facing hardship by 2025 with our partner The Trussell Trust by donating data loaded SIMs to people referred to food banks.

Today we heard a record number of emergency food parcels have been provided to people facing hardship by Trussell Trust food banks in the past 12 months. Just like food, connection is essential. That’s why we continue to work toward digitally connecting 50k people facing hardship by 2025 with our partner The Trussell Trust by donating data loaded SIMs to people referred to food banks.

The new Emergency Alerts system will be tested nationally on April 23rd at 3pm.
The system will warn people when their lives are in danger. An Emergency Alert is a loud, siren-like sound with a message on your mobile phone screen.
