I crew. Here’s your badass combo 💋💋💋

Last term my super duper Friday exotic pole crew learnt this badass spinny flow routine. We spent 3/4 weeks learning it and there was so many elements of the routine to keep them entertained and their heart pumping hard. The routine was well over 3 minutes, but here are some little parts of what we learnt. It was one of my favourite routines I’ve ever taught and I hope you guys loved learning it too 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Super excited for this terms theme for my Friday exotic dance class. Each week we will be exploring different themes, different styles and different way to express ourselves. First routine you will be learning is, ‘chair dance and trix.’ Bring your knee pads! I left mine at home when this was recorded, however, I highly recommend you wear them. I’m getting my phone fixed on Monday which means, my camera won’t record any more blurry videos. Amazing news 🥴🔥🔥😬

A massive, humongous well done to my Thursday 6pm high inter pole fitness crew. I am so incredibly proud of you nailing this combo this term. I really put you through you paces with this bad boy of a combo.

Wednesday Hoopers. A little video of our combo we started last week. We will be finishing it tonight and then dancing to different styles of music to get the heart beating nice and fast and your forearms throbbing 🔥🔥.

I have a very interesting bruise up my bum crack from this combo. It’s making sitting down today very interesting 😝😝 Just one of the super combos I have ready to teach my classes next week.

Just making sure I’m super bruised for my 40th bday celebrations this weekend. Looking back at the combo it looks pretty easy, but the are many elements going on here to try and make it look effortless. It certainly tested me in training today
