Now it's officially September, It's more acceptable to start taking about Christmas.

I know so many people already are preparing some things for Christmas, It doesn't mean you have to have it all together and organised. But the little things have been thought about that, things you wanted to buy last year but left it too late.

There's only limited numbers of these Advent calendars available every year. I dont make them in very large runs and often they have been discontinued so if you miss it this year, you may never be able to get it next year.

I've kept hold of these reusable wipes for the longest time.

Have you made the switch to using more reuable wipes. I'm planning on making some of these for my kids to use for their morning routine. Or at least have them ready for when they start wanting to clean their face more.

These aren't just for kids, they can be use for yourself and can be washed and reused over and over again.

Grandparents can be hard to buy for. They have almost everything they need and you can run out of new ideas quickly.

I made these cushions from the kids clothes for their grandparents. They got to give something that was extra special, a lot of thought was put into it and ultimately would receive a lot of love once given.

It's the perfect way for the gransparent to hold onto the memory of your kids when they miss them being around them.

Life can be tough when you have multiple kids at different ages. The arguments over the little things is insane.

My kids have gone away with their dad for a holiday today and the number of arguments already over who is carrying what, what's going in the suitcase and who is going to pull it along. Not to mention the constant dilemma over who sits in the front seat of my car.

What's the most random thing your kids have argued over?

Even with older ones I still feel I never get enough sleep and am just walking through my days like a zombie.

One of the largest orders I got for 13 bears, for a whole family to remember someone very special in all their hearts.

A whole set of clothes, around 10-15 items were used in different ways to make the bears all different. If you need them to all look the same, that is possible too. I'll work with you to create the keepsake you want, let me know all the requirements if you have them.

Kid's adore their grandparents. They are are around for them while they are growing up, sharing their wisdom and advice.
When they are no longer there it can leave a hole in yours and our kids life. You miss them and want to hold onto a piece of them while your memories of them are very vivid.

What do you do with all your kids photos you took?

Do periodically get them made into photo books or make your own photo albums to look back on.

Or are you more of someone what takes photos, backs them up or leaves im all digital?

I'm intrigued to know! I started out with my first making photo albums that spanned a year or 2 or for certain events if I had a lot of photos of that time. I've found myself doing that less and less, I have all the photos backed up and I want to do more with them but I never get around to it.

Do you have any family traditions? Things you like to do, go to and have every summer?

I had a tradition of going strawberry picking every year with my mum and I carried that on with my kids. We hadn't been in the last 3 years and I really wanted to go back there as soon as I got my car running again.

We went at the weekend, it kept them occupied for a while, we got to spend some family time together and pick other things except strawberries. For me the family time is the most important part of the whole experience. The strawberries ended up getting a bit squashed and mushy, which are mainly destined for smoothies.

The juggle is real!

What's your biggest struggle as a parent right now?

We put out all the good parts on social media, rarely talking about the struggles we have. Struggling as a parent is perfectly normal, we dont have our s**t all worked out. Or if we do for even a moment, something else gets thrown at us to derail everything.

One thing I'm struggling with at the moment is managing the moods my kids are in when they return from staying at their dads. It can be tough as I know they are returning to their safe space. It's like going from peace to utter chaos in the space of 15 mins and letting them readjust to being home.

Did you know if you live local or don't mind travelling to Aylesbury you can drop off your clothes to me and collect your order?

This takes away any postage/delivery costs and reduces any risk of damage or worries around losing your precious items through the postal system. I have many customers with this worry and they feel much safer hand-delivering the clothes to me.

If you are happy to send the clothes, all parcels should be sent by recorded delivery so that they can be tracked on either end. Either with Royal Mail or a courier.
