We have lots of tricks up our sleeve. Our chefs are working hard on a magical theatrical menu to compliment our cocktails.

Today we are having our new extraction fan installed and won’t be open.

We will be using the day to do some in house training

-wine training with our drinks supplier LWC Drinks
-food tasting and training on our new menu with Ray our head chef.
-service training for our front of house staff.

Tomorrow we will be open as normal with a few specials on from our new menu all being fully launched next week.

So the day has come for our exciting news! We have an award winning chef joining our team!

Head Chef Ray, has achieved so much and we cannot wait for him to be part of our journey and achieve so much more together. He got 2 rosettes at his last place and we feel very honoured to have him on board and help achieve more with us! We promise to value you and genuinely we are so excited.

His menu is amazing we cannot wait to share with you all and his roast will be the best in Kent. We cannot wait to create some magic together.

New menu will start officially from next week but this week he will introduce some specials 🥰❤️

The last two months have been tough, we have had lots of fun and good times but we have had lots of curb balls thrown our way, from things breaking, leaks, electricity issues, air con issues, you name it it’s happened to us but we are slowly getting there.

However what we will say is we are building a strong team, a loyal team, who we do appreciate and nothing goes unnoticed and for all of our team who step up, work hard, who cover sickness, who care about our business and who go above and beyond we love you all and you are a big part of our life now.

Thank you for everyone who is continuing to support us and who message us privately when there has been any issues so we can listen, and address the issues as we do care rather than jump to leave a bad review. Leaving bad reviews we do take it personal, as it can effect our business plus we always want the opportunity to try our best to resolve any issues.

With our news it really will elevate us to the next level. ❤️

We are looking for a gardener if you know anyone who loves gardening ideally we would rather use a solo person maybe semi retired who can bring some love back into the garden and maintain it for us add some more flowers etc. de w**d pathways out the front often, bushes and w**ds along pathway and main gardens.
