This year join us at our new venue, Cobtree Manor Park and create new memories with friends and family by lighting up the night sky on a 5 mile charity walk in support of Heart of Kent Hospice. There is also a 1 mile walk for those who would like a shorter route.

Problems with your brakes is a common reason for an MOT fail.

Some easy warning signs to look out for are:

🧽 A spongey or slack feeling on the pedal when braking.

🛣️ If there are any sudden jerks when braking, you should come to a nice smooth stop.

↔️ If the vehicle pulls to one side when applying the brakes.

🚥 If you find your vehicle takes longer or further to stop than normal.

💧 Its good to make sure that your brake fluid is topped up to the correct level.

Just because your MOT is up to date, doesn’t mean your vehicle is safe to drive. Keep your car in top gear by checking the essentials.

Regularly check:

🛞 Tyres for pressure, and wear and tear
💧 Fluid levels are topped up
🚘 Windscreen wipers are clean and working properly
🛑 Brakes are performing properly
🧽 Number plates are clean and undamaged

This year everyone can enjoy a fun evening walking around the stunning Cobtree Manor Park in Aylesford with friends and family.

The annual ‘Moonlit Memories Walk’ is all about raising funds for Heart of Kent Hospice and celebrating and remembering our loved ones. Everyone can enjoy the entertainment, live music, a warmup event, café, face painting and even purchase a glass of bubbles before the walk begins.
