Caroline’s Journey🫶🏼

The boutique would like to introduce one of our lovely members Caroline, she has been at the boutique for quite a while now and has recently been one of our summer challange winners🩷

Now, this is what Caroline had to say about her experience at our gym and her fitness journey:

“ I first joined bodyfix boutique around 2 and a half/3 years ago after struggling with weight gain after having my son and neglecting myself for years. I started out weight training which I did really enjoy but unfortunately after a few months I gave up my membership, feeling sorry for myself for not seeing much results.

I finally plucked up the courage to join bodyfix again and started off with a class pass membership, I had absolutely no need to be anxious as I was welcomed with open arms (don’t ever feel afraid or ashamed to be starting over again) it’s took me years of stopping and starting to finally get to where I am today.

The classes really boosted my fitness levels, I found they helped me mentally as well as physically. After several months of attending around 3-4 classes per week I finally found the courage to get back into weight training again 💪

I am now on a full membership, enjoying a good mix of both weights and classes. The support from the ladies during classes is just amazing, they always keep you motivated, pushing you when they know you can do more even when you think you can’t and always keeping you right.

Attending the classes is mainly what gave me the confidence to start back in the gym. There is always members of staff on hand who will happily help and give you advice on how to perform certain exercises if you are unsure or how to use the equipment, which certainly helped me with the whole gym anxiety.

The support from not only the staff but other gym members is just such a lovely feeling at the boutique, a group of woman who all get each other and are all there to better themselves one way or another 🫶❤️”

Hi everyone 👋.

I’m so happy to announce I’ll be joining the amazing team at Bodyfix Boutique as a class instructor while I work towards gaining my level 3 PT qualification.

I look forward to being part of a strong community of women who support, empower and cheer each other on.

My mission is to inspire women to believe in themselves, smash their goals and become the strongest versions of themselves in the process.

You’ll see plenty of me in the gym as I’m currently training for Hyrox and a half marathon.

GIRLS NIGHT IN💕

We’re excited to announce a special Girls Night In Event (Movie Night Edition) in celebration of International Women’s Day. This will be sponsored by Astoria Events . This event aims to bring our community together, have fun, and raise funds for a meaningful cause – Women’s Aid

Date: Friday, 8th March
Time: 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Attire: Pink Pyjamas
Entry Fee: £10

To create a cozy atmosphere, our gym will be CLOSED between the times of 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on that day unless you are attending the event. We encourage everyone to wear pink in support of the cause.

If you can’t make it to the event but still wish to contribute, you can donate within the gym or online. Your generosity will make a difference in supporting women in need.

We will also have activities going on in the gym during the day and everyone is welcome to come and support international women’s days.

Let’s come together, enjoy a movie night, chilled chats and other activity. Most importantly make a positive impact on International Women’s Day.
