Stitches are out and healing process is good ! So all good to go back to work as long as I don’t over do it till it’s completely healed x

No classes from me today
Get my stitches out Thursday morning so will be at Howard Centre at 11am and hopefully that’s me back at work x

There will be no classes from me on Monday ! My healing is happening but slowly ! So will take each day as it comes x

2nd day of resting after my surgery !
This resting malarkey is hard !
Recommended to rest till stitches are out at least !

That’s me home ! Now for recovery! Head cysts removed and head felling very tight ! Painkillers and rest !
