Valley of stone ceramics
Handmade ceramics made in Rossendale
Just getting my ducks in a row for day two at Brockholes. It’s free entry if you walk or cycle here.
I'm delighted that I'll be back at Brockholes on both the 3rd and 4th of August.
They're having a village fete! That sounds like fun to me.
I'm busy making more items to show and tell you about.
I'm super excited to be taking part in the National Festival of Making in Blackburn Lancashire, a unique celebration of UK making from the kitchen table to the factory floor.
As part of the Festival, find me at Blackburn Cathedral tomorrow, Saturday 6th July for the Hopeful and Glorious Makers Market from 11am to 5pm.
Here are a few photos of the new things I've been making too. x
This Saturday.
This Sunday I’m looking forward to a local maker’s market. It’ll be the first time out for some of my new stoneware and onyx porcelain items.
Happy February
This is where you can find me this Saturday.
Tomorrow I’ll be at The Horse and Bamboo.
This Sunday I'll be at the beautiful Gorton Monastery.
Revolution Coffee Roasters are at Bolton Food and Drink Festival this BHW, local coffee roasters, with some of my cups specially made for them.
It’ll be warm and dry at this inside craft fair tomorrow…..
Just a few days to go until our vintage & craft fair, we have a fantastic line up of vintage traders and crafty creators. Our cafe is being run by Rossendale & Pendle Mountain Rescue Team raising much needed funds. We are at the Unitarian Church on Bank Street Rawtenstall where you will find an array of fantastic little shops and eateries. Come and visit Rawtenstall and support lots of small businesses - shop local !!

It's the Spring Art Market at The Horse and Bamboo this weekend. I'll be there with lots of new locally made ceramics. Including these beauties hot out of my kiln yesterday....
All set up for tomorrow, my last craft fair of the year.....
10am till 4pm Unitarian Church Bank Street Rawtenstall.
They will be lots of lovely local makers there.
I've been making some small ceramics imprinted with leaves and flowers from my garden. They're mounted on charred birch ply.
My kiln is biscuit firing new ceramics for the weekend. If you're nearby please call in to Horse + Bamboo and say hello.
The second new range of my handmade ceramics have been made by impressing waste plastic packaging into the clay before firing.
In anticipation of Spring, I've created some new pendants, brooches and earrings.
Hot out of the kiln, festive holly pendants and brooches
I'm delighted to have some pendants in Dawn's gorgeous shop in Crawshawbooth.
This collection is inspired by the beach, Echo beach perhaps?
I've been working on a few new collections, this one reminds me of Italy......
