Later on in the month, I'll be leading three days of weaving. The centre agreed to one of the workshop to be just for unpaid carers. Having been a carer for my Mum who had double dementia, I know how precious these opportunities can be.

A wonderful and busy arts & crafts sessions this afternoon. Thanks to all our families for attending and to Rowenna of Celf Gwyllt Cymru - Wild Art Wales for hosting such a brilliant activity that was enjoyed by all 🌿🍁

Judo is finally coming to Bala! Let’s come together and show our support!

Everybody is welcome, young or old, whether you fancy trying judo for the first time, already train regularly or want to start again after a break.

The club is expecting a significant number of members shall have ASD or other impairments and will endeavouring to achieve a coach to student ratio that is as high as possible.

We spent our last day at Glan-llin making different types of fires, roasting marshmallows and practising archery.

Thank you to our families. I thoroughly enjoyed your company! I know a lot of us didn't want to go home, and we will miss the four delicious meals a day!

A massive thank you to Michelle of Nestlings Forest School and Nursery for hosting fantastic activities this afternoon. The kids had a wonderful time making wooden medals, pine cone bees, fire lighting and roasting marshmallows.
