The question i get asked the most is WHAT IS FALAFEL? 🧆

Falafel is the most common street food in the middle east.

Mostly popular in countries like Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Israel and Lebanon.

Each country use different receipe to make Falafel and they all taste different but as delicious😋

At The Falafel Stop we use the Lebanese Falafel receipe which consist of Chickpeas and Split fava beans soaked in clean water for around 12hrs, grinded together and mixed with different spices( that's the secret ingredients 😊).

So when customers asks me what is Falafel i usually say why dont you try one and see for yourself 😊.
Cooked fresh in front of them, the surprise on their face once they try it AND you tell them it's VEGAN says it all.
