Both personally and professionally I've found that this month has listed a bit for a lot of people. It's been a weird ride, with lots of us finding it hard to remember why we're even awake et alone up and about.
Aside from tonight's mindset seminar on goal-setting in March, one thing you can do to try and reassess where you are is to set your intentions.
Sit down with yourself and try to physically write out what it is that makes you want to do what you do. Draft it a few times until you come up with something that really gets you going.
Once you've got it, see what you need to do to take steps to get on track and align yourself with it.

What do you think of the title for a portfolio project I'm putting together?
I've been thinking fairly hard about what to do for this, but after a weekend of deliberation, I decided to settle on one of my oldest brand slogans.
All being well, I'd like to interview some present and past clients to talk to them about how the simple origins of their personal programs has impacted their wider lifestyles. Looking over the notes I've taken since many people started, I've noticed a lot of fascinating details about how people's attitudes and behaviours have changed, and I'm very excited to explore that in depth.
not only will the whole project act as a great testimonial - I'm hoping it'll also inspire some doubters to pick up a barbell and see what it does for them!

Workshops are really hitting stride!
Had an absolute blast last week at the team workshop. @ , our resident HIIT expert, gave us a fantastic presentation on the differences between HIIT and MetCon before taking us through a class in the new V1BE studio. What an afternoon!
Not every session is going to be as hands-on, but they'll each be rewarding in their own way and I'm excited to see where they lead us in 2023.

Taking "lead by example" a step further
Workshops are going strong in 2023 - last week saw a few of us get together with Tim Hawksworth so that he could show us how to analyse running gait.
Unfortunately, since suggested the topic I ended up also being the one guinea pigging on the treadmill.
Thankfully, my gait wasn't as awful as I was anticipating!
Looking forward to how we can continue to share ideas and expertise as 2023 continues.

Had a fantastic time last night presenting to the Randalstown branch of the WI. Hopefully opened a lot of eyes to the benefits of training to be strong, especially as the body ages.
Possibly the most rewarding part of the evening was seeing people react to various regressions of common bodyweight exercises - most people turn away from things before they get a chance to try them, but by introducing easier alternatives, things become more accessible to everyone!
All being well, I'll be publishing the audio and presentation portion of the evening as a podcast episode in March.
Things are looking good for the All-Strong podcast so far! 5 episodes are ready to go and there are more in the pipes to be recorded and released every other Friday!
