We are learning to ‘care’ for babies this morning, as one of the childminded children have a sibling on the way 👶

We have been;
🍼 Feeding
👩‍🍼 Cuddling
And changing the babies 👶

Today we got out pottery back from Pottery Panda - Brackley
Thank you so much we love them. Will definitely be doing some more with you in the future 💕

Today we went to Henry’s cafe, as it’s the last day before the biggest ones go back to school and pre school ☕️🍽️

Today we had Pottery Panda - Brackley with us to do some pottery painting.
Thank you for coming, the children loved it. Can’t wait to see them when they’ve been fired 🎨🖌️

It’s always sad when a little one goes, but knowing that I had a positive impact on their life makes it a little bit easier.

Books have been a firm favourite over the last few weeks 📖

We have read lots of stories including;
- ‘That’s not my hedgehog’
- ‘Peek-a-boo Pond’
- ‘Noddy - Tell the time’
- ‘Welcome to our World’

Books are so important for child development. I encourage reading every day. Some times it is in the form of sharing books together and reading together and some times it involves letting the children explore the books themselves.

What books do your children like at home? 📚

After a long and busy week at work, I went painting with my mum 💕

Pizza Pinwheels 🍕
Spreading, cutting, sprinkling, rolling, mixing and washing up 💕
Lots of life skills learned today.

All 3 of the girls playing trains together earlier this morning 🚂

As they are all different ages they are all ‘playing’ in their own way.

‘A’ is creating and piecing together the train track 🚂
‘B’ is exploring the wheels of the trains
‘C’ is banging the pieces of track together to create noises and looking closely at the train track 🚂

We have been using our wonderful paint sticks to create some lovely artwork this morning 🎨🖌️

She is getting really good at drawing her ‘A’s, especially as she only turned 2 a few months ago 💕

Healthy eating 🍓🍇🍌🍊🍎

I always encourage healthy eating, even when the children bring in their own snacks.

Today A requested cucumber for snack, and we talked about what food is healthy and what fruit the other children had brought in to eat 🍇🍓🍊🍎

Mr Potato Head, playing in the tunnel, making chips, and sharing the play food 💕
