With the temperature rising we are sharing our top 5 tips to keep little ones cool with some additional helpful advice below.

☀️ To cool the nursery, keep curtains and windows and doors closed during the day
☀️ Babies can sleep in just their nappy, only if the room is more than 18 degrees
☀️ Never leave little ones sleeping in a car without air conditioning
☀️ When in the garden choose the right timings during the day when the heat isn't at its highest, and ensure there is shade where there can be. Baby should always sit under shade when outside
☀️ Choose sun hats that provide protection to the back of the neck too

For anyone who needs to be reminded of this today.

Did you know that Instagram stories are changing?

Instagram is in the process of rolling out an update that will mean your audience will only see the first 3 of your stories, and will have to select to 'show all' if they want to see more.
