Another great Valentine’s Day meal with the better half of me! 3 courses of some incredible food! 😋
Starter: Tomato and basil bruschetta
Main: Spaghetti and meatballs in a marinara sauce
Dessert: Sweet protein pizzas (using 2 ingredient dough)

STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE OATS! 🍓
Another one of my meal preps that are perfect to just grab from the fridge on a busy morning. With over 36g of protein this makes it the perfect, healthy breakfast to start to the day.
MAKES 2
Ingredients:
Oats (80g)
1 banana
Flax seed (12g)
Almond milk (160ml)
Strawberry whey protein (20g)
Sliced strawberries
Toppings:
Greek yoghurt (200g)
Vanilla whey protein (20g)
Light soft cheese (40g)
Sliced strawberries
1 crushed lotus biscoff biscuit
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients (other than toppings) in a bowl.
2. Add the sliced strawberries to the sides of the dishes and then top with the oat mixture.
3. Mix together the yoghurt, soft cheese and whey protein, add this to the top of the 2 dishes.
4. Top with strawberries and crushed biscuit.
