We still have 1 staff off with a Broken Arm and tomorrow we should hopefully know when another staff will be having an operation 🤕

To enable Just Dust to service our clients as normal as possible during the summer period i need your help, could you please advise if you wish to continue with your scheduled cleans through July & August, I need to schedule staff rota, whilst taking in to account client / staff holidays, staff sickness & childcare.

Where possible, I will try to keep you on your set days and times. However, I may have to do a few juggles.
Please note that any cleans that are cancelled between 17th July and 1st Sep will receive a 50% charge if cancelled 48 hours prior to clean date, and cancellation less than 48 hours full charges will be applied.

I am back from my holiday and now have a huge pile of admin to sort through and some serious rota juggling to do due to a staff member breaking their arm and another awaiting a surgery date!

Please please bare with us as we are trying super hard (as always) to accommodate everyone’s regular cleaning slots, however we may have to make some slight alterations but will give you all as much notice as possible if this is the case.
