I’ve learnt over the past year or so that routines and habits are KEY to achieving goals, taking the guess work out of what we do on a daily basis and being consistent. Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a quick thought about generic rotator cuff exercises. While they may seem like a quick fix for shoulder pain, it's important to remember that every individual is different and may require a more personalized approach. Simply doing the same exercises that worked for someone else may not address the root cause of your shoulder issues. The amount of people who attend the clinic say they have been diagnosed with a "rotator cuff" tear. When asked which one - they have no idea, because they either haven't been told/ or haven't been diagnosed correctly. I personally know and understand how shoulder pain can be an absolute nightmare to live with. Approximately 7 years ago I was involved in an accident which damaged my neck and shoulder. The tingling, pain, and lack of sleep was awful and lasted for a long time! I was wrongly diagnosed and provided lots of incorrect advice which lead to muscle wastage in my right shoulder and arm. This is one of the reasons I ended up in this profession! I wish I knew back then what I know now.
