CHW_Empower is now up and running at HMP Fosse Way.

It was great to meet everyone, test the system to make sure things are working to the standard we want them to, and to gain initial feedback about our product.

CHW_Empower is the ONLY in cell health and wellbeing system in the world and we are once again extremely proud to be working alongside Serco to deliver excellence.

Thanks to everyone involved today and to everyone involved in helping us promote,l and grow our brand.

It’s amazing how much our company has developed over the past couple of years. Much much more to come in the very near future! 🙌🤪🤯

What a day! We would like to thank everyone involved in helping us throughout this process. You know who you are 🥰

This is something we never had any intention of getting involved with when we started our health and wellbeing business!

We have followed what our customers needs are and it has led us to this!

We have now developed our own brand of protein!

These pictures are of our first shipment to our partners at HMP Dovegate. 1 tonne of the highest quality Isolate protein in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry.

Our goal in everything we do is to provide the best quality, and our CHW_Whey Isolate is no exception.

We love the packaging, we love the taste of all 3 flavours, and more importantly so do our customers.

You can probably tell that we are extremely proud of this! Today was the first day we saw our finished product after months of development and finally getting it to the customer.

This is only the beginning of our protein journey 😬😬🙌

Our goal is to get this protein brand into every prison in the country. Watch this space 🙌

Fantastic morning at HMP Doncaster. We spent time speaking to the senior management team, and the health care team about how the CHW_Empower platform can be utilised within the prison.

This technology is an absolute game changer for prisons, and by getting all staff members involved it will have a massive impact.

It was amazing to hear the individual feedback of how much it has been helping people so far too.

Today has made my week!

Exciting news!

CHW_Empower is officially up and running at HMP & YOI Doncaster! 🌟

Today, we had the opportunity to introduce CHW_Empower to both staff and prisoners at the establishment. The reception was absolutely amazing and it is truly incredible to see how our work is already making a positive impact on lives inside and outside of the prison walls.

We are working hard to add even more valuable content, including inspirational videos, GP referral programmes, and our very own protein brand that will be available soon. Keep an eye out for all the great things to come!

Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way - together, we are empowering individuals to make positive changes.

“The to do list”

Fancy a cheeky workout I put together yesterday?

This will improve your aerobic capacity and muscular endurance.

Make sure you take on a good balanced meal a couple hours before this one as you will need the energy.

You can complete this workout however you like! My client yesterday split it in to 10 rounds. Did 1500 metres on the bike erg, followed by 15 reps of each exercise.

Yes i know some do in 24 hours but thats not for everyone and would be a real struggle for the best of us at times.

At the moment we are just gathering the interest and all us subjects to change.

It will probably be on the 19, 20 & 21 July

We will drive up early hours Friday morning climb Ben Nevis Friday,

Friday night stay over possibly in a bunk house for the best experience,

Saturday climb Scafell pike,

Saturday night stay over somewhere possibly a bunk house again (but all this open for discussion as we move forward)

Sunday morning climb snowdon then drive home with a stop of for lunch.

Me and a friend are doing this in honour of his Dad who sadly passed away but was made very comfortable towards the end by Barnsley Hospice.

We are looking for around 30 people to join us.

All we ask is you are fit and able to do it and you raise money for Barnsley hospice,

We think there should be minimum amount if if £1000 raised to make it worth while. 🤞

There will be a cost of around £500 which its up to you whether you work into your fundraising which i think is acceptable or pay for it your self.

This will include drivers wages, drivers accommodation, your accommodation, insurance, food, (breakfast and evening meal) plus 5 mountain leaders to accompany us (which aren't cheap 🫣) we as a company will stand the coach running costs and fuel.

This will be a great experience for anyone who wants to challenge themselves, who wants to join us as well as support our wonderful hospice that does so much for our town.

Lots of us know people that have been made comfortable by Barnsley hospice so lets do it for them and give back to say thank you.

We are over the moon to have our amazing product CHW_Empower up and running at HMP Dovegate. This one of a kind platform is already making a big impact, and we can’t wait to see the results at the end of the year!
 
CHW_Empower is a bespoke, holistic health and wellbeing platform that will:
·      Reduce self-harm and su***de
·      Improve physical and mental health
·      Reduce violence
·      Reduce substance misuse
·      Enhance ways of thinking
·      Reduce sedentary behaviour
·      Reduce costs to the taxpayer
·      Improve prison way of life for staff and prisoners
·      Reduce reoffending
 
With ongoing feedback and weekly reviews, we will continue to develop and contribute towards protecting the public, by focusing on what we do best – Improving health and wellbeing for all.
 
We are extremely proud to be working with such a large organisation, and CHW_Empower is now embedded into Serco prisons, with HMP Dovegate leading the way with this innovative technology.
 
Director of HMP Dovegate, Andy Johnson said “I have walked around the prison this morning, and the number of people who have told me they are using the platform is incredible”.
 
Years of work has been put into this project. The work behind the scenes can go on all day into the middle of the night, and sometimes all night just to get things done. If you are wondering why I have been so quiet on social media lately, this is it!
 
So, I would like to say thank you to everyone involved for getting this project to where we are now. We keep moving forward!

This lack of thought process can lead to an increase in stress, decline in performance, overtraining, and injury.
