This is just a reminder as I do get a lot of queries regarding my prices.

As we all know, everything price wise is going up! However, since November 2022, I still charge £30 per session/hour. I want to make it as affordable as possible and will try to keep it for as long as possible.

The reasons why Sports Massage is good, and the benefits 👌

Sports Massage is not just for runners and people who do sports.

Outstanding running from Andy last Sunday at the Leeds Marathon. Despite the hot weather, he totally smashed his pb from last year from 4:39.49 to 3:49.45. 50 minute pb! 💪 awesome! His hard work of training has well and truly paid off.

Good luck to all those runners doing the Boston marathon this Sunday 💪
