Well that’s me all cleaned up and done until Tuesday, some time off to celebrate my birthday 🥂✨

I’m aware it’s late but, I will try to get through the rest of my messages tonight as I won’t be replying to any messages tomorrow or Saturday 🫶🏼

I’ve found a somewhat ✨ comfortable ✨ position for my neck, so for the rest of the day I will be available for any admin enquiries/appointments 🤓💻

I’m currently making my way through my current messages too 🫶🏼

I’m aware some of you are still waiting for responses from me, I’m currently having minimal time on my phone today as I have a trapped nerve in my neck and I’m in agony and currently don’t have much neck movement.

I do have a lot of you to get through so I will try and do a few at a time but I can’t make any promises until I start to feel better.

Please could you all have a quick refresh over the following, in preparation for your next nail appointments 💅🏽

🤍 Please remember to come prepared with an idea or some form of inspiration if you are a client that has designs. Arriving with no inspo yet wanting a design puts me under overwhelming time pressure to choose and execute the design whilst trying not run into the next persons appointment. If you come with no inspo or idea’s unfortunately it will have to be a plain set.

🤍 Please do NOT pick up your phone or rest your hands on your face. Dust, fluff, grease & makeup will all have an effect on the adhesion of your nail enhancements.

🤍 Please keep in mind any small body movement will make your hands move. I need minimal movement when it comes to your acrylic, gel, design & French applications.

🤍 Please keep your hands as relaxed as possible, it’s a body taxing task trying to do your nails whilst wrestling with your stiff hands 🤣 TIP: if you can see your nails… I cannot.

I know i sound like a broken record, but this is becoming a challenge multiple times a day that I am facing.

I am so passionate about my work and proud of what you all leave the studio with but all that ‘perfectionism’ comes alongside, sat for 9/10+ hours in the same position, concentrating extremely hard & constantly being under time pressure which can be overwhelming.

All these ‘needs’ are a must for myself & timings to run as efficiently as possible & to help my body not be as strained during the super long days.

Today is my first full day back in the UK before I come back to work tomorrow. As you can imagine I have the very busy holiday protocol of unpacking and washing of the case and the dreaded food shop as well as going through all my schedule 🤓

Currently the price increase only affects nail services provided by Rhianna. The rising cost of nail products means I can’t continue with my current prices, I’ve put off so long in not increasing my prices but as you can all imagine it’s just impossible to run a business and make a living earning less than minimum wage. The new prices will take effect from Monday 15th April 2024.

The new prices are as follows:

Acrylic infills £35
Acrylic overlay £34
Acrylic soak off with new set on the same appointment £10
Acrylic soak off & manicure £15 (no new set)
Builder gel overlay £32
Builder gel infills £32
Builder gel soak off & reapply £40
Gel polish fingers £24

Gel polish & pedicure £40 + £5 For hot bo**ie add on

These do not include nail art. These are basic prices & include gel polish colour, french, cuticle cuffs, glitter & glitter fades anything other than this is classed as a nail art add on which comes in tiers. Basic + £2 Moderate + £4 & advanced £6+.
