Our Friday shout this week is Patrick. Patrick came to us after treatment at a very low 59kgs! He had only just recovered from stomach cancer when he came to us, very weak, and feeling frail. A keen golfer, his goals were to increase strength and gain weight, and get back out on the golf course. He is now 75 kgs strong and giving the chaps down the local golf club a run for their money.
