Day number two craning in the pre-cast concrete floors and we've made it through almost half of them. Next week we install the remaining slabs and then the lift shafts, before continuing upwards with the masonry.
Now we're up to ground level on the North side we need to build a bridge to the road for easier access, so keep an eye out for more pictures!

Today we began craning in the steel beams and concrete steps ready for tomorrow, when we install over 20 pre cast concrete floor slabs to make up the third floor.
A lot of meticulous planning and thought goes into the work beforehand, as there is zero tolerance for error when fitting these. We have built this one from the ground up and have three more floors to go! More pictures tomorrow!

What do people think of this stone cladding? This is a Norstone UK product we've used on these apartments in Croyde. Although there can be a lot of cutting involved, the finish looks awesome!

We've almost finished the external rendering and internal plastering on these plots in Sheepwash. Some top work by our plasterers, we take on work in both the commercial and residential sector so give us a call for any upcoming projects.

It has been a busy two weeks on this project, lots of strategic planning and thought here as we're not very blessed with space. Nothing our brickys can't handle though.

Three months in and we've survived the heat, time to enjoy some cooler weather. These builds in Bampton are coming along nicely. Not the easiest style of brick to lay but our masons are doing a fantastic job with it.

This site is a modest size, with only five more plots to go. More to follow as we make our way down the hill.

We started this house build from scratch in November of last year.

It's been a challenging seven months working through the winter, but we have one very happy client now adding their personal touches.

Next on the list is the drying and plastering.

We'll add more photos as we carry on to completion.

Torrs hotel, lynmouth.

Well we took these two plots on from another gang that just wasn't up to standards.

We took all outer skin block work down to dpc to start fresh. Then built all the rest up to gables for 2 steel's to carry the roof.

The boys really enjoyed it after that. The views are amazing looking over the harbour. Just the outside skin gables to build later on this week and this is complete 👍👌🌞

3 new builds in the heart of croyde we have just started for Kevin Davies civil engineering.

Footings built couple months ago. Now all beamed and up to dcp level ready to crack on.

We’re busy in Croyde working on this new build, what a view this will have when it’s completed.

Here we have a unique one off build in the depths of the North Devon countryside. Traditionally built houses like this will outlast many other forms of modern day construction and we’re pleased to be tasked with the job of bringing it to life.

We’re fortunate to have some very skilled masons on our team!

We've had a busy week in Ilfracombe making a start on the installation of the second precast concrete floor and stairs.
Big thanks to Nick Sampson mechanical engineering for pulling out the muscle needed to lift these off the floor.
We were held back a bit by the wind today, more pictures to come next week.

The masonry and steel work on plots 2, 3, and 4 of these luxury homes in Combe Martin is well underway now.
We will soon be starting the internal boarding, plastering and exterior rendering of plots 1 & 2. More pictures will come as we progress further towards the finished picture. Poltair Homes Kevin Davies- Civil Engineering

What a view over the River Torridge! This build is in the very early stages of setting out the foundations in preparation for the concrete and steels.

Another beautiful house is on its way, more updates on this one as we progress to the first stages of construction.

The sun is shining and we're making our way up! Progress can be difficult on a complicated build like this, so again a very big thank you to Longcross scaffolding LTD for making everything safe and accessible!
