An exciting opportunity for a builders labourer has arisen in the Barnstaple area of North Devon.

Works include:-

▪️Manual handling and following instructions to assist other tradesmen.
▪️Use of power tools and machinery and other general tasks included within the building industry.

🌟No experience is necessary🌟

However, a good work ethic and time keeping are essential (6/7am starts).

Training can be given to the right candidate. You must be capable of working within a group and individually.

Driving licence preferred but not essential dependant on location.
Self-employed basis.
Must be CSCS registered with UTR number.

So here’s the latest work from my self and Fred. Sand and cement render on a single storey extension. Weather was perfect and all finished up lovely! Onto the next one 👍 F Loosemore Plastering Services

Nearly a year on and the Ilfracombe project is almost complete, just a few bits to tick off. This beautiful home has had a total facelift. Conservatory knocked down to be replaced by a full width orangery. Patio slabs, replaced with porcelain, new slate cladding and copping stones, wooden decking replaced with composite with cladding below, engineered oak flooring throughout with new skirting and original coving restored.

This week I was in Woodbury skimming out a loft conversion with F Loosemore Plastering Services for Cheffings builders. Double curves on the vaulted ceilings look lovely!
